일리노이대학교 시카고캠퍼스는 일리노이주에서는 가장 큰 대학교입니다. UIC 라고 하는데 UIC 경영대학교인 동창회인 UIC Business Alumni Association에서 여름을 맞아서 Summer Happy Hour를 갖는다고 합니다. 동문들끼리 인사하고 네트웍을 만들어가는 자리이므로 많은 동문들이 참석을 한답니다. 이 행사에 대해서 간략히 안내드리도록 하겠습니다.

Join the Business Alumni Association for our annual summer happy hour.  Enjoy free appetizers and cold drinks while reconnecting with fellow alumni and friends of UIC Business.  This is a great opportunity to expand your network, learn about other BAA events coming up this fall, and get more involved!

UIC MBA에 지원하기 위해서는 아래와 같은 repquirements 를 제출해야 합니다.

Application Checklist

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the application is complete and submitted in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Electronic Signature: All applicants must electronically sign and date the online application before submission.


2. Application Fee and UIC Supplemental Application: All applicants are required to submit a UIC Supplemental Application and a non-refundable application fee of $60 dollars collected by this site and payable by credit card. Applications will not be processed without an application fee, which is collected in the UIC Supplemental Application. A link and directions will be provided prior to submitting this online application.


3. Transcripts/Academic Documents:
   • Please upload to the online application documents for all post-secondary academic work, undergraduate and graduate, where university level work has been done.
   • Proof of conferring an undergraduate degree should be evident on your final transcripts.
   • If you attended the University of Illinois at Chicago in the past, official transcripts are not needed; however, the dates of attendance are important. The Office of Admissions will be able to obtain these official transcripts for you. 

   • All documents uploaded to the online application are considered unofficial. You will only be asked to submit official or attested documents (transcripts, academic records, diplomas, certificates of degrees, etc) in a sealed envelope, with a certification stamp across the seal if you are admitted. These must be submitted during your first term of enrollment at the University of Illinois.

     The University of Illinois reserves the right to require the submission of official credentials at any time during the admission review process.

4. GMAT/GRE: Applicants may upload a copy of their unofficial GMAT or GRE score report, if available. Official scores must be forwarded directly to the University of Illinois at Chicago.
   • The GMAT exam is required for the MBA, MSA, and MRE programs.
   • The GRE or the GMAT is required for the MIS, and PhD programs. (GMAT required for PhD Business Administration-Marketing)
   • The exam must be taken prior to the deadline for which you are applying. Test scores may not be more than five years old at the desired term of entry.
   
   



5. Letters of Recommendation: Please submit two letters of recommendation (Three letters are required for PhD applicants.) from professionals who have supervised your work either in an academic setting or in a working environment. 
   • Electronic instructions will be automatically emailed to recommenders when applicants include recommender names and emails in their online application. Otherwise, applicants can mail letters of recommendation to the UIC Liautaud Graduate School of Business. There is no specific format; however letters should be submitted on professional letterhead and always in a signed and sealed envelope. 


6. Personal Statement: Applicants must answer the essay questions posed in this section of the online application separately. Recommended word count guidelines are posted in this section.



7. Current Resume or CV: All applicants are required to submit a resume summarizing all relevant post-baccalaureate work experience. Please indicate each full-time position you have held, military experience, and summer and part-time jobs while in college.
