얼마전에 핀란드의 가장 오래된 비즈니스스쿨인 Hanken School of Economics 에 대해서 말씀을 드렸는데 그 때 소개해드린 석사과정의 입학지원 마감이 바짝 다가웠습니다. 그래서 한번 더 Hanken School of Economics 의 Master's Program in Economics and Business Administration에 대해서 말씀드리겠습니다. MBA라고 칭하지는 않지만 이 대학교에서는 MBA라고 자랑하는 프로그램입니다.
Hanken School of Economics는 세계 3대 인증기관인 AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA의 인증을 모두 받아서 트리플크라운의 영광을 누리고 있습니다. Hanken School of Economics의 Master's Program in Economics and Business Administration과정은 헬싱키와 또다른 캠퍼스인 Vaasa 에서 제공을 합니다. 전반적인 기간과 학비등은 아래와 같습니다.
Duration: 2 years (120 ECTS)
Tuition fee: EUR 12,500 per academic year
Study location: Helsinki

Educational background
Bachelor’s degree within Economics and/or Business Administration, issued in a country outside Finland
If the degree doesn’t clearly state Economics and/or Business Administration, then at least the equivalent of 80 ECTS need to be completed within those fields.
Admission criteria
GMAT Test: Minimum score of 600, or
GRE Test: In Quantitative Reasoning a test score of at least 160 and in Verbal Reasoning a test score of at least 154, in Analytical Writing a test score of at least 3.5, or
BSc degree issued by one of Hanken’s partner universities or cooperation universities, with the GPA of 4/5 (80 %) of the whole Bachelor’s degree
Language requirements
IELTS Academic: a minimum score of 6.5
TOEFL IBT: a minimum score of 92 (internet-based test) or 580 (paper-based test)
PTE Academic: a minimum score of 62
기본적으로 Hanken School of Economics의 Master's Program in Economics and Business Administration은 GMAT 또는 GRE점수를 요구합니다. 그리고 영어는 IELTS로 6.5이상이면 됩니다. 그런데 가장 중요한 것이 학부때 연관 전공을 전공했던가 아니면 적어도 관련 학점을 유럽학점으로 80점이상을 받아야 합니다. 우리 나라 학점으로 계산하면 54학점이상을 이수해야 한다는 것입니다.
