학위 과정은 120 ECTS로 논문 30 ECTS 포함해서 학습 트랙에서 90 ECTS, 자신이 선택한 교과과정에서 30 ECTS의 학점을 채워야 합니다.
학습 과정 중에 학생들은 다양한 국제적인 활동에 참여할 수 있는데요. 아래의 여러 옵션 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
- You can go on a student exchange to one of the Faculty’s or University’s partner institutions abroad. Numerous exchange options and programmes are offered both in Europe and farther afield. Further information about student exchange.
- You can complete a traineeship abroad or in Finland in an international research group.
- You can select English-language courses offered at the University of Helsinki (Master’s level studies and instruction are in any case primarily available in English).
- You could serve as a tutor for international students. Further information about becoming a tutor.
- You can become involved in the international activities of subject organisations or the University’s Student Union.
- You can also improve your language skills and cultural knowledge by participating in the language courses of the University of Helsinki Language Centre.
지원하고자 하는 학위 과정이 정해졌다면, 온라인으로 지원서를 작성 후 다음의 서류를 첨부해야 합니다.

영어 능력은 공인영어성적 제출로 증명하며, IELTS는 6.5이상, TOEFL은 92점 이상을 요구합니다.
이 프로그램은 입학 정원이 20명으로 트랙별로는 식물생산과학이 9명, 동물과학, 5명, 농업기술에서 4명, 환경토양과학에서 2명을 모집합니다.
입학 신청 시 학부때의 전공과 농업 과학 석사 과정에서 선택한 트랙과의 관련성이 중요합니다. 석사 학위에 충분한 지식과 기술을 가졌는지를 보게 되는데, 입학 프로세스의 일환으로 다음의 세 개의 카테고리에서 점수를 매기게 됩니다.
1. Applicability of previous studies serving as grounds for application for the prospective master’s programme
2. Academic performance in the studies serving as grounds for application
3. Motivation letter (to be included in the application form)
헬싱키대학은 이전 학습의 적용 가능성에 대한 예비 평가를 하지 않습니다. 이전 학습의 적용 가능성과 충분한 범위 등은 지원서를 제출한 후에만 평가를 합니다. 현재 동일 분야의 석사 학위를 갖고 있다면(동일 석사 학위 분야나 인접 분야), 설득력 있는 근거와 이전 학위 내용과 충분히 다를 경우에만 지원자의 입학 신청서를 심사합니다.
지원서 제출은 1월 5일까지이지만, 보충 서류는 1월 26일까지만 제출하면 됩니다. 학위증명서, 성적증명서와 공인영어성적의 제출 등으로만 심사를 하는 입학 지원이기 때문에 어찌 보면, 입학 신청은 까다롭지 않습니다. 다만, 모집하는 인원이 아주 제한적이고, 핀란드의 유일한 학습 전공이기 때문에 입학 경쟁이 치열하다는 것이 문제입니다.
