1년차에 모드 3와 모드 4까지 있으며, 이때는 필수과목과 선택과목을 함께 수강하게 되며, 여름 방학 시즌에 학생들은 인턴십을 하게 되며, 작년의 경우 100%의 학생들이 여름 인턴십에 참여했다고 하고, 이중 50%가 풀타임 잡오퍼를 받았다고 합니다.
두 번째 해에 선택과목 수강과 경력을 위한 여러 기회에 참여를 할 수 있으며, 자신만의 커리큘럼대로 수업을 듣게 됩니다.
밴더빌트 MBA에 지원하기 위해서는 온라인 지원서 이외에 다음의 서류를 갖춰야 합니다.
- an official GMAT, GRE, or Executive Assessment (EA) score,
- academic transcripts,
- a letter of recommendation,
- a resume,
- video responses,
- short written statements, and
- an evaluative interview.
에세이는 4개가 주어지며, 75 단어 제한으로 작성해야 합니다. 3개는 경력 중심으로 나머지 하나는 좀 더 창의적인 답변을 요합니다.
- Statement 1: What are your short-term career goals after obtaining your MBA and what functional area do you plan to study while in the MBA program?
- Statement 2: What are some specific skills that you want to develop during your time in business school to help you achieve your career goals?
- Statement 3: The role of the Vanderbilt MBA Career Management Center is to partner with students to discover and define their career goals; to educate and coach students in developing and refining skills and experiences to achieve their career goals; to facilitate partnerships among students, the business community and the Vanderbilt community. How do you plan to direct your career search and collaborate with the Career Management Center to work toward your career goals?

그리고, 옵셔널로 지원서에 나타나지 않은 것을 입학위원회가 알아줬으면 하는 것을 추가적으로 작성할 수 있습니다.
인터뷰는 서류 통과자에 한해서 초대에 의해 이루어지며, 30분 정도 진행됩니다. 입학신청은 다음의 마감일 전에 마쳐야 하며, 현재 3, 4차가 남아있고, 국제학생은 3차 전형이 마지막 라운드로 이때까지 지원하길 권장됩니다.
2020-2021학년도의 학비는 $60,750으로 이밖에 교재비, 보험, 학생서비스비용 등은 별도입니다. 모든 지원자는 입학 신청 시점에서 자동적으로 장학금 신청 대사이며, 추가적인 양식 제출과 같은 절차는 없습니다.
2021 클래스 프로파일을 보면, 학급 규모는 147명, 참가자 연령은 21~36세였고, 직장 경력은 평균 5.3년이었습니다. 이드의 중간 GMAT 점수는 680점, 중간 학부 GPA는 3.36이었습니다.
