오늘은 Hanken School of Economics의 MSc in Economics and Business Administration 에 대해서 말씀드리겠습니다. 먼저 Hanken School of Economics에 대해서 말씀드리겠습니다. 이 학교는 핀란드에서는 가장 오래된 비즈니스스쿨입니다. 그리고 북유럽에서도 가장 오래된 비즈니스스쿨중의 하나입니다. 이 학교는 economics와 business administration에 집중을 하고 있는데 세계 3대 인증을 모두 받은 학교입니다.
즉, AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA의 인증을 모두 받은 훌륭한 비즈니스스쿨이므로 핀란드로 석사 유학을 원하는 분들은 바로 Hanken School of Economics의 MSc in Economics and Business Administration에 대해서 관심을 가지시길 바라겠습니다. 5월 15일에 지원서 마감을 하는 이 과정의 개요를 살펴보면 아래와 같습니다.

Scholarships: All scholarships are merit-based and are awarded based on the applicant’s previous study success. There are both full scholarships and 50% scholarships. Hanken will notify us soon about the specifics of the scholarship model for 2020.

올 8월에 시작하는 MSc in Economics and Business Administration 는 2년 과정입니다. 학비는 1년에 12500유로이고 학생의 대학교 때 성적과 좋은 스펙에 따라서 풀장학금이나 하프 장학금을 받을 수가 있습니다. 그럼 이 과정의 specialization을 알아보도록 하겠습니다.

Business and Management – within this specialization you can choose to study Humanitarian Logistics, International Strategy and Sustainability, or Marketing
Financial Analysis and Business Development – within this specialization you can choose to study Finance, Accounting, or Governance and Commercial Law
Economics
Intellectual Property Law
General Management (Vaasa campus) - within this specialization you can choose between five different majors: Accounting, Commercial Law, Marketing, Management & Organization, and Finance. The General Management specialization has been developed to answer the demand of the industrial sector in the Vaasa region.

Eligibility criteria: Bachelor’s degree within Economics and/or Business Administration, issued outside Finland. If the degree doesn’t clearly state Economics/Business Administration, then at least the equivalent of 80 ECTS needs to be completed within those fields.
Admission criteria:
GMAT 600 or equivalent GRE score
Or BSc degree issued by one of Hanken’s partner universities with a GPA 4/5 (80 %) of the whole BSc degree
Language requirements: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent. Language test not required if Bachelor’s degree completed in English in Australia, Canada, Ireland, NZ, UK, USA.
Required documents: Copies of degree certificate, transcript of records, CV, passport
