Creative Director라는 단어를 위키백과에서 검색을 해보니 아트 슈퍼바이저와 카피 슈퍼바이저의 상위자로서 광고 크리에이티브 부서의 최고 책임자를 뜻하는 말이라고 합니다. 이것은 한글버전으로 검색했을 때 정의이고, Wikipedia 영문 버전에서는 좀 더 포괄적으로 의미를 해석하고 있는데, 그래픽 디자인, 영화, 음악, 비디오 게임, 패션, 광고, 미디어 또는 엔터테인먼트 산업에서 흔히 발견되는 직책이지만, 웹 개발 및 소프트웨어 개발 회사와 같은 다른 창의적인 조직에서도 유용할 수 있다고 합니다.

Creative Direction은 3개의 교차 영역에 기초합니다.
디자인-시각화된 개념을 초래하는 문화 연구,
브랜드-브랜드 아이덴터티 전략을 초래하는 시장 분석,
커뮤니케이션-팀에 의해 창조되고 전달될 서면, 시각 및 움직임을 동반한 콘텐츠의 창작
이 마스터 과정은 인턴쉽 기회뿐만 아니라 이탈리아와 유럽에서의 쇼, 무역 박람회, 전시회, 박물관에 대한 접근이 가능합니다. 이 코스는 학생 개개인의 진척 사항을 검토할 수 있는 산업체에서 온 선생님과 게스트 강사가 진행하며, 최종 프로젝트는 배심원단 앞에 Villa Favard에 디자인 설치로 대표될 컨셉 북이 됩니다.
수업은 10월부터 시작해서 이듬해 6월에 마치며, 총 700시간의 강의 시간을 차지합니다. 이후에 80학점에 상당하는 패션 회사에서의 인턴쉽으로 코스를 마칠 수 있습니다. 영어 능력과 현장에서의 경험이 필수이며, 이 과정에 진학하기 위해서는 추가의 필수조건으로 관련 전공이나 전문 직장 경력, 패션 & 엑세서리 디자인과 관련된 사전 학습이 요구됩니다.
후보자는 등록 질문지와 코스 담당 선생님의 인터뷰를 거쳐 선발될 수 있습니다. 석사 프로그램을 성공적으로 마치면, 자동적으로 폴리모다 탤런트 프로그램에 참가할 기회가 주어집니다.

Design
Sociology of the Imaginary: anthropology and psychology. Creative Direction:
conceiving, visualising, briefing and implementing a concept. Trend
Forecasting: spotting and then anchoring a trend to the main concept. Trend
Lab: experimenting with colours and materials. Advanced Fashion Design:
transforming a concept into a fashion collection or set of accessories. Fashion
Design Management: managing creative teams and environments from the brief to
the final product.
Branding
Contemporary Fashion: the deep connection between designers and brands. Brand
Architecture: building an identity through conscious and subconscious elements.
Strategic Branding: positioning and repositioning a brand with different
approaches. Brand Management: category extensions and key elements for change
management. Fashion Marketing: tuning the identity with the client. Fashion
Business: company structures, budgets and project management.
Communications
Fashion Art Direction: graphics, video, photography, packaging and presentation
materials. Set Design: music, lights, scents and surfaces, body, space and
audience. Fashion Curation: conceiving an event between art and fashion.
Fashion Writing: editorial content management, writing and copywriting.
Communications Management: advertising, strategic planning and accounting.
Fashion Leadership: coaching, public speaking and presentation techniques.
