Application Components
Details on all application components can be found below. All components are required with the exception of TOEFL/IELTS scores, which are only required for international applicants.
텍사스 오스틴McCombs MBA는 GMAT, GRE뿐만 아니라 IBT, IELTS, 심지어 GPA까지 기준을 정해놓지 않았습니다. 후보자들을 전반적으로 평가하겠다는 것입니다. 그러나 학생들의 class profile을 보면 어느 정도의 점수가 필요한지는 알 수가 있습니다. 벌써 올해 합격한 학생들의 profile이 나왔는데 총 263명의 학생이 입학을 할 예정입니다. 평균 GMAT점수는 700점이고 평균GPA는 3.42입니다. 직장 경력은 평균 5.3년으로 McCombs MBA가 최소 2년이상의 직장경력을 요구하고 있기에 다른 학교들보다는 긴 것 같습니다.
국제학생의 비율은 27%로 다른 학교들보다는 조금 더 미국인 학생들이 많습니다. 평균 연령은 298세이므로 다른 학교보다 젊은 편입니다. 재미있는 것은 젊으면서 경력이 0.3년 정도 길다는 것입니다. 그 정도로 직장 경력 갖는 것이 중요하겠습니다.
입학지원을 할 때 가장 중요한 것은 역시 에세이입니다. 그래서 McCombs MBA는 에세이질문에 대해서 홈페이지에 자세히 안내를 해주고 있습니다. 살펴보면 아래와 같습니다.

위의 에세이를 작성하기 위해서는 고민과 고민을 심도있게 하지 않으면 안됩니다. 에세이가 작성되면 거의 지원서 작성은 마무리된 것이라고 보면 됩니다. 잘 제출하고 인터뷰 준비를 잘 해서 합격하면 아래와 같은 학비와 비용을 납입해야 합니다.
