오늘은 정말 간만에 학비가 저렴하고 GMAT이 면제되면서 영어기준이 높지 않은 좋은 대학교 MBA를 소개해드리겠습니다. 우리나라 교민들이 가장 많이 사는 LA에서도 코리아타운이 있는 Wilshire 가에 캠퍼스를 두고 있는 바로 Pacific States University(PSU) 입니다. 현재 PSU 의 총장님은 한국분인 안희영교수님이십니다.

반달곰원장이 PSU MBA를 추천하는 이유는 직장인중에 바뻐서 GMAT준비할 수 있는 시간이 없거나 학비부담으로 MBA도전에 주저하셨던 분들에게 너무나 좋은 조건이기에 소개해드리고 싶어서입니다. MBA 학위를 받기 위해서는 Pre requisite 을 해야하면 76units 을 이수해야 하고 pre requisite이 필요없으면 60units을 이수하면 됩니다.
PSU MBA 의 unit당 학비는 380달러이므로 pre requisite을 할 경우에는 380달러*76unit= 28,880달러입니다. 그리고 그냥 pre requisite 없이 MBA를 하게 되면 60unit * 380달러= 22,800달러입니다. 정말 저렴한 학비라고 할 수 있습니다. UIC MBA 의 학비가 29000달러인 것에 비하면 많이 저렴합니다.
그러면 PSU MBA입학조건을 알아보도록 하겠습니다.
1. Official bachelor's diploma/certificate. (All documentation must be translated into English*);
2. Official transcripts of all degrees. (All documentation must be translated into English*);
3. Proof of English Language Proficiency. A score of 500 (paper-based), or 173 (computer-based), or 61 (internet-based) on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or 5.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
*** Student will be admitted with the completed level 6 certification from Columbia West College. This certification is accepted in lieu of of the TOEFL test.

위에서 볼 수 있듯이 영어조건이 높지가 않습니다. IBT 61점, PBT 500점, IELTS 5.5 이상이면 입학이 가능합니다. 그리고 GMAT은 말씀드린대로 요구하지 않습니다. 이 PSU MBA는 몇가지의 concentration이 있습니다. accounting과 finance 등 다양한 concentration이 있는데 자세한 것은 아래와 같습니다.
