MIT 슬로안스쿨의 최고위과정 프로그램은크게 세가지 분야로 나누어진다.

-Strategy and Innovation

-Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management

 

최고의 비즈니스스쿨에서 프로그램을 이수하려는 전세계의 경영진들과 사업가들의 needs에 맞는 프로그램들을 개발하여 각프로그램들을 1년에 2번 또는 3번 오픈하고 있다. 주요 프로그램들을 알려드리면 다음과 같다.

 

-Managing technical professionals and organizations : 4월, 7월, 10월 1박 2일

-Negotiation for Executives:3월, 6월, 11월

-Strategic cost analysis for managers:4월, 6월, 11월( 보통은 임원들 대상으로 하는 프로그램이지만 이 프로그램은 매니저를 위한 프로그램이다)

-Strategy in a global world:3월, 10월
