반달곰원장이 미국과 영국MBA에 대해서 말씀드리고 있는데 오늘은 미국 세인트루이스에 있는 명문대학교 Washington University in St. Louis의 Olin Business School에 대해서 말씀드리겠습니다. 우리나라 사람들에게 이 대학교는 왓슈라고 알려져 있는데 세인트루이스지역을 많이 선호하지는 않아서 인지 학교명성에 비해서는 다른 명문대학교보다는 한국학생이 적지 않나 하는 생각이 듭니다.
WashU 워싱턴대학교 세인트루이스는 미국대학교중에서 상당히 좋은 랭킹을 자랑하고 있습니다. 먼저 랭킹부터 이야기해야 얼마나 좋은 학교인지 이해가 갈 것입니다.

위에서 보면은 에세이 질문이 나와있습니다. 그리고 제일 특이한 것은 지원서비를 안받는 것입니다. 탑랭킹MBA들이 보통 250달러 정도의 지원서비를 받는데 안받고 있는데 그 이유가 궁금합니다. 아무래도 많은 후보자들의 지원을 독려하기 위해서 일 것입니다.
WashU Olin MBA학생들의 평균 나이는 28세이고 평균 GMAT점수는 693점으로 상당히 높습니다. 그리고 보통 MBA졸업후 받는 연봉의 평균은 108000달러입니다. 그리고 학비는 125960달러로 상당히 비싼 편입니다. 평균 직장경력은 4.1년인데 보통 탑랭킹MBA들보다는 경력이 짧습니다. 평균 나이가 28세여서 인지 몰라도 다른 학교들보다는 짧은 편입니다.
