Aviation Management / Cabin Crew 과정으로 성공적인 객실 승무원이나 항공 산업의 전문 인력으로 일을 하려면 현실적인 기술이 필요합니다. 객실 승무원은 주로 승객의 안전과 복지를 위해 그리고, 편안함을 위해 비행기에 탑승하는 승무원, 항공 호스티스, 비행 관리자라 할 수 있습니다.
두 가지의 훈련 옵션으로 제공하는 Cabin crew / air hostess 입니다.
· Domestic: In this category of cabin crew/air hostess training is set in Dubai under which we offer comprehensive, theoretical and practical cabin crew/air hostess training in all flight safety and emergency procedures.
· International: This category of cabin crew/air hostess training gives you a once in a lifetime learning experience as it prepares you in 2 modules –
· Module 1 is conducted in Dubai
· Module 2 in Bahrain at the Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA).
두바이에서 진행되는 Domestic 훈련과정이 있고, 모듈 1은 두바이에서 모듈 2는 바레인에서 제공되는 International 과정이 있습니다.
두 코스 모두 승무원의 경력을 쌓는데 필요한 모든 필수 지식과 장점을 겸비한 훈련에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
VCTAI의 Cabin Crew 훈련 코스가 보장하는 것은 아래와 같습니다.
- 탑승 시 비상 상황을 처리할 수 있는 승무원의 능력과 준비 상태를 보장하여 최대 안전을 유지
- 영국의 민간항공청(CAAi)의 인증을 받은 훈련 과정
- 이 과정을 마치자마자 학생들은 CAAi와 세계적인 다른 항공 규제 기관에 의해 인정받은 자격증을 얻게 됩니다.
코스에는 이론, 실습, Operation of Doors and Exits, 탈출 과정 및 슬라이드 훈련, 안전 장비, 수중 훈련, First Aid와 CPR 기술 등이 포함되어 있습니다.

입학을 위한 자격 조건으로는 아래와 같습니다.
- 18세 이상
- 대학 졸업 이상
- 신장 : 여성은 155cm이상, 남성은 170cm이상
신체 조건만 보더라도 과거보다는 벽이 많이 낮아진 것으로 보입니다. 2015년부터 승무원 신체 조건이 사라졌다고는 하지만, 기내에서 근무를 하려면 어느정도는 키가 되긴 해야 합니다. 그래도 여성의 키가 155cm이상이라고 한다면, 정말 신장에서는 자격 조건을 많이 따지지 않는 것으로 보입니다.
