MIT SLOAN 최고경영자과정- 한번방문에 두개의 프로그램을.

MIT나 하버드 그리고 스탠포드대학들의 최고경영자과정은 보통 짧은 일정으로 진행된다. 1박2일 아니면 2박3일 일정이라 매우 짧은 편이다. 특히나 외국에서 바다건너 넘어온 임원들일 경우 기회비용이 만만치 않다. 이런 점에 착안하여 MIT는 한번 방문하여 두개의 과정을 이수할 수 있는 프로그램을 마련하였다. 즉, 서로를 보완해줄 수 있는 짧은 프로그램을 연속해서 개설하므로써 한번 MIT를 방문한 김에 두개의 코스를 이수하고 오는 것이다. 이름하여 Two Programs in one visit

 

이번에 준비한 과정은 Globalization, Leadership, 그리고 Supply chain and operations이다. 예를 들면 다음과 같다.

Globalization
Learn to think strategically in a globalized world and acquire a comprehensive economist's viewpoint on the global marketplace with these programs, led by world-renowned faculty.

Mar 19–20:	Understanding Global Markets: Macroeconomics for Executives
Mar 21–22:	Strategy in a Global World

3월 19일과 20일에는 글로벌시장을 이해하기와 임원을 위한 미시경제학을 공부하고 연속헤서 21일과 22일에는 글로벌세계속의 전략을 공부하는 것이다.

 

Leadership
Drawing on the wealth of MIT research and industry experience of leading practitioners, these programs teach powerful models for innovative executive leadership and management.

Apr 9–10:	Transforming Your Leadership Strategy
Apr 11–12:	Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations

또 리더쉽과정에서는 리더쉽전략을 형성하는것을 먼저 배우고 그 다음에 기술전문가들과 조직을 관리하기를 배운다.

 

Supply Chain and Operations
Led by MIT Professor Charles Fine, author of Clockspeed: Winning Industry Control in the Age of Temporary Advantage, these complementary courses present MIT-developed, analytic approaches to operations strategy and value chain roadmapping.

Apr 16–17:	Developing a Leading Edge Operations Strategy
Apr 18–19:	Supply Chain Strategy and Management

또 MIT교수이자 CLOCKSPEED:Winning Industry Control in the Age of Temporary Advantage 의 저자 찰스 파인교수에 의해 진행되는 주도적 위치를 가진 오퍼레이션전략 개발하기를 배우고 다음에 SCM전략을 배우는 과정이 개설된다.
